Starting August 26, 2017, only cashier's checks and money orders will be accepted by mail.
Mail in payments will not be accepted one week prior to the departure date.
Please include a letter with your name, phone number, and list of roommates (if applicable) with your payment.
Please call or email us before booking to ensure seats are available.
1) Payments for all trips and social events are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Any trip occurring after September 15, 2014 will incur a 4% service charge. This is to account for PayPal service fees.
The PayPal fees does not count towards the total cost of the trip.
2) Once a payment is made in full for a trip/tour or social event, tickets will not be mailed/emailed.
When you arrive at the motorcoach or event, we will have your name on a roster.
